Wow, Today I had a Dava Session with Laura. She got to know me, asked what I was hoping to get out of not only the massage but meditation. Throughout the session she guided my breathing and helped me release the tension. I originally was looking for a therapeutic massage but a holistic massage was exactly what I needed. I left feeling lighter. I would definitely recommend and even having had many massages in the past, I hadn't experienced anything like this before.
